The P-SB7T is the 5th version of this Spirit Box by DAS distribution. The P-SB7T has a reputation as one of the best spirit boxes on the market having featured on popular paranormal TV shows such as Ghost Adventures.

Like the P-SB7T the SB1 has also featured on many paranormal investigation TV shows including Ghost Adventures. An interesting point of difference with the SB11 is that you can choose between AM or FM Sweep or run both at the same time. Running AM and FM at the same time is claimed to create clearer, higher quality EVPs.
The SB-11 offers similar sweep features to the P-SB7T. It also gives you the ability to turn off the antenna meaning that no real radio stations will be picked up, only paranormal voices that shouldn’t be there by any other means. The SB-11 also includes temperature deviation detection and a night vision friendly red flashlight.

If you can afford to pay the extra $60 it might be worth it to get the SB-11. It seems to be higher quality and have a few extra nice features like the red flashlight and LEDs indicating temperature fluctuations.
